Problem updating skin
The preview image updated, actual one didn't

I've updated one of my skins, part of the update was a new preview image. The preview thumbnail (which is visible when you browsing gallery or looking at the skin description) has been updated w/ the new image but when I click on it and it goes to load the full preview image it loads up the old one. Other than that everything else was updated correctly.
What should I do? Is posting in this forum enough or is there some sort of support email or online submission form where I can submit this problem? (I know it's not a huge deal but I made this fancy preview image but only the low-rez thumbnail is visible
