sometimes i can actually rate skins even though i'm an Apprentice.

Somethings are going on in my account. sometimes i have the ability to rate skins and some times i don't. when i was able to rate skins, i would check my account to see if i was brought up to a journeymen but i wasn't and when i come back to try to rate skins, i couldn't rate skins anymore.

This happens to me all the time. Does Wincustomize have a problem with my account? can somebody tell me what's going on here cause usually i would be happy if i could rate skins but if keep on getting the ability to rate skins then it goes away, i'm not happy about it. Especlly if i can rate skins and i'm still an Apprentice cause i don't think its fair to many other apprentice's out there.

it seems i am not alone in this. i just wish i would become an apprentice too. seems though that it is a far fetch dream anyway, i hope someone could answer this one.

As soon as I got a WC subscription I was able to rate the skins, and was only a citizen at the time. If you want to rate the skins you need to become a member of WC. # WinCustomize User Level increases to User Level 5 (Subscriber). Once you purchase a WinCustomize Subscription, you will be automatically promoted to User Level 5. This will entitle you to many exclusive features, such as unlimited file downloading on WinCustomize, ACCESS to SKIN RATINGS, your very own WinCustomize personal website, and much more.

There must be a glitch in the Matrix.
To the extend of my knowledge, to be able to rate skins you must have a User Level 4/User Level 5, which means you have either purchase a Stardock product or a WC Subscription.
You are also able to rate skins if you have an access class of JourneyMan or higher. I'm not sure if Apprentice or MasterApprentice are able to rate skins.

I think you're right about the glitch!
You can't even rate the skins at a level 4, at least I wasn't able to when I was at level 4. Being a 4 means you get unlimited downloads.

i think you guys got it all wrong...i know that u have to be a level four user or five to be able to rate skins and a Journeymen or higher to rate skins. but i'm discussing a problem i have....i could only sometimes rate skins and im not supposted too!!! cause i'm an Apprentice.

Apprentice and above can rate. Also subscribers. This is the way its been for a long time. So if it hasn't changed, thats still the way it is.

Yeah, apprentice could always rate, but the higher you go, the more power your vote has. I had trouble with not being able to rate a while back, I emailed T-Man asking if he could take a look at it and he got it fixed straight away. I'd recommend just doing the same.

If apprentice and above can rate skins, why am i able to? i was able to give a rating to Xero's skins about 2 or so months ago and i am a Citizen. Now however, i can't and again sometimes i can. it is really kinda weird.... well maybe

i checked the rules and it said that only Journeymen and above can rate skins. if you're a wincustomize subscriber.

I am an Apprentice, and user level 4 (Current Customer), but never have been able to rate skins. It just shows a shiny icon next to the rating stars.

I liked to rate on the old WC.
