Michigan Joins GTA Voice

Gov. & Senate Jump on Issue

The Associated Press reports that Michigan has jumped on the Hot Coffee mod craze, with both the state's Democratic Senator and Governor chiming in. The Senate Democrats called upon Take-Two Interactive to recall its controversial game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and "urged retailers to pull it from their shelves." Governor Jennifer Granholm followed up by sending a letter to 60 retailers asking them to refuse to sell adult only rated games, even though most retailers already do. The Democrats also reinvented their push for a bill to block sales of M rated game to minors, including a new video showing graphic and felonious activity that leads into an online petition.
