Theme Manager Errors Out on Save Desktop

Here's the message:

AppName: thememgr.exe AppVer: 2.1.0.1 ModName: user32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2622 Offset: 000162cf

Process: I run ThemeManager and select Save Desktop. ThemeManager does that and just as it finishes the process, it errors out.

I'm getting same problem. Each time I save changes in Theme Manager, PC crashes.

I can save or change desktops through WB, or DX directly, not not using Theme Manager. Any one having same problem ? Any solutions to problem ?
