Not exactly the right course of action  

If your account has not been updated yet, please bear in mind it is the weekend and Stardock personnel work office hours. If you still have problems with your account after that contact [email protected] and they will sort it for you.

Did you get a confirmation email with a link to Stardock Central?
Download and run that first, then valid your subscription with it, then use it to download, update.
