stardock central "DW" when downloading anything from skins and themes

When i go to download anything in SDC from skins and themes it will doctor watson and close, the downloaded file will remaing in downloads but says downloading, i can not cancel it or delete it. if i try to redownload it , again the program will DW. HELP PLEASE
