Video Card - update or wait?

I put my PC together about 4 years ago & once it was pretty decent. I probably won't be able to upgrade for at least 6 months.

Motherboard; Asus, PC133
CPU: Pentium III, 670 MHz
Memory: 500 MB SDRAM
Video: ATI Rage Fury Pro 128/Xpert 2000 Pro - 32 MB (AGP) [LOL- don't think they could find more superlatives to put in the name]

In WindowFx Performance advice, it basically says, "You poor thing." Actually it lists certain effects that won't work unless I upgrade or update my video card driver. Problem: with this card, there will be no new drivers.

Alot of video cards cost as much as a new barebones setup. I'm not a gamer, but would like to make use of more parts of OD. Is there a cheap card that would improve things for a few months or would it make more sense to save the money for a new barebones?

Geforce 6700 GTX 256 bit video card.

I'd just upgrade in your case.

Check this site out, it has real performance computers. (And I mean performance, they dont get better than that)
