Eh, the Pentagon is in Crystal City, VA. Just outside Alexandria, Fairfax, Springfield, etc. It's not far from the District, true, but it's still well within the borders of the Commonwealth of Virgina.

It is part of the Metro DC area (as the area from Baltimore south to ... Fredricksburg now?) is usually called.

Actually, while Va and MD gave land to the feds for DC, DC gave Va back their land.  So none of DC is in Va.  It is actually all in MD.

Actually, I have heard that the Boston to Richmond corridor is now considered a Megalopolis!  I would wish they did not include Richmond in that cesspool!

Michael Moore can be entertaining and funny but he's certainly not one to get facts or political viewpoints from...he has a bit of a penchant for misrepresenting things and twisting facts to fit his message.

You're so upset with the conservative Administration gettin hammered on having a traitor as Chief of Staff, a President who was going to fire, but now isn't, anyone who leaked Valery Plame's name, and a totally failed Social Security private account campaign that you have to dig up a comment made almost four years ago and whine about it?

If you really want to complain about mis-statements and outright lies dig up some choice Bush campaign phrases from 2000, like "I'm not a nation builder", "War would be the last resort", "I want to be a peace president", or the more recent "Mission Accomplished" and point out the inaccuracies and hypocrisy buried within. In short look to the mistakes and follies of your own conservative peers before you take jabs at the opposition.

What Chief of Staff is a traitor? And the President said he would fire anyone found guilty. Remember guilty is the thing you demand proof of for terrorists, but automatically assume for Rove.

It's also amazing that you think someone who didn't leak a name is a traitor, but I bet you think someone like Durbin is a great hero.

Whaddamaroon. How can anyone consider that the 9/11 attacks were choreographed by anyone other than al-Qaeda? I think the 9/11 Commission, as flawed and political as it was, established that no one was complicit with al-Qaeda's plans. That is not "party-line"; that is FACT. There was no connection between Atta, Padilla, or even Richard "Don't Look in my Shoes" Reid to the White House.

Liberal rants that start vicious irresponsible rumors are his stock in trade.

Because it fits the "blame America" agenda. I remember soon after Sept. 11 the liberals were coming up with these grand conspiracies that Bush organized Sept. 11 so an oil pipeline could be built. It's just stupid really.

However, I saw at the recent anti-American demonstrations in Washington, that the people still believe these wacky conspiracies.

Without the narcissisitic ranting of the apparently delusional and clinically paranoid Moore, how would he ever get any attention? It's a cycle of addiciton, plain and simple. He gets attention by going off in movies or interviews. The praise of the liberal elite makes him crave more. From there, he gets his fix by going off again, this time a little more out there, a little more inflammatory or inaccurate. Billed as "hard-hitting" or "uncompromising". Bringing him more praise and adulation. Narcissism, baby, pure narcissism.
