Having gotten off the pill since our third (and last) child was born. Whip is correct, irregular schedule of your monthly periods until your body gets adjusted to not having the pill anymore. Plus (don't read if you're squeamish!) it might be heavy flow at first. And the mother of all cramps come back with it! I didn't realized how much the pill abated my cramps! Now a days it's like I'm a walking time bomb when my cycle begins...everyone ducks - no really I just deal with it, take pain killers, warm showers, eat lots of chocolate, !

I suggest writing the dates down to have an idea when it starts happening or walk around with whatever you use in the zipper section of your pocketbook/handbag!
