How i make a bootskin

Hi everybody. I know ya! Already seen the same question before? How do I make a Bootskin? I need some step by step help! on this problem cause I have try everything I can think off, the only thing I was able to do was getthing the pic" ready, to make that pic" in a bootskin that is pain in @$$ can any-one help me Please! I need some from the begining to the End. Please Help?
