Can't see previews in gallery!

How can i fix this?

Hiya. I've recently signed up to wincustomise but whilst browsing the galleries, i've discovered that i don't get images up for any of the items in the gallery! I'm using firefox to browse your website. Can anyone direct me to a solution?

Do you have a firewall? If you do, you might try turning off the mobile code and ad blocking. You may also have to put WC into the trusted zones of your firewall.

I've put both WC and startdock.com under my trusted zone in my firewall - i'm assuming that this will cover all sub-pages within WC?? I've also tried turning off the mobile code and ad blocking but to no avail. I've read up a little on the other thread about this problem and i've found out that if i turn off zone alarm i can see the gallery perfectly - but i'd rather not go without the protection to be honest. Does anyone know of the fix? Thanks clwoods for your swift reply!

Just to check - 66.28.242.195 is the ip address that i have put under trusted in my firewall. Can somebody confirm this?

You're welcome! Did you reboot your computer after changing the settings? I have Zone Alarm too, and sometimes I have had to reboot. If not, give that a try. If that doesn't do it, I'm sure someone will come along with some more help! Welcome to WC!

I just had Zone Alarm look up the Ip for WC and that is 1 of 2 that came up. The other one is the same except the last numbers are 218.
