What causes this? (Help with IP and IconX)

I've had this problem for awhile (through several versions), just now got around to asking about it I guess. I'm using Icon Packager 3.00.090 and DesktopX 3.09[b].002 with IconX. The icons from packages are not showing up on the desktop. (If I turn off DX they do show up...) Everything is working fine otherwise. Any ideas?
