IconDeveloper not saving icons as png's

I just tried converting some icons over to .png's with IconDeveloper and none of them were saved. This worked great before but not anymore. Is this related to the Iconpackager bug or something else?

Not sure what procedure you are using.

I was able to open an .icl file, which loads into left-side of panel > double-click an icon to load in main panel > right-click the 128x128 image > select either "Export as image" or "Export selected" (which has four image formats offered).

I do not see a way to do a batch export as image file, though.

It worked here. Maybe you're doing it a different way?

I click on an icon which opens in IconDeveloper...right click on the icon on the right...choose "export image as" and it should save it as a .png. It's always worked this way before.

I just tried it your way Corky and it worked ok. But it also "used to" work by just right clicking on the icon to the right without having to click on the icon to the left first. I hope they get this fixed because it saves time in not having to rename the .png or take out all the added text it dumps in there.

Yeah, I would love to see that feature, and have them throw in the ability to select all icons of a library in that right-side list - then export as a batch to image format.

It was great when it "used to" work like that. It was so much easier to change them over.

Would still like to see this changed back to the way it was. The way you have to do this now is a real hassle. You have to rename each and every saved png after they are converted or you will overight the next saved png because I don't get the option of renaming it before it is saved.

The problem was actually that the user had to define extension manually for ID to recognize what format you wanted to export it to. This feature (auto adding the extension based on the drop down with formats) is fixed in 1.3 currently on OD.
