Restoring the recycle bin to the desktop

I've turned the recycle bin off for the desktop - and, after, uninstalled Object Desktop (for a later clean reinstall) However, the recyle bin hasn't returned. Could I have directions for its restoration?

You can try to bring it back through the display properties. Right click on your desktop, select properties. Go to the Desktop tab and click the button that says "Customize Desktop". There you can bring the recycling bin back.

It is because you have a level one access which is "Citizen". If you were a paid member you could change it to have nothing in front of your name, or a couple other choices like Mr. ect. You would still have a level 1 access.
