Allen is dead in the water after his defeat. Rice has vehemently denied running. So far the only person that has filed is former Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack. Rudy Guiliani has filed to forms so that he can look into running without officially declaring. McCain is reportedly close to doing so. Its a no brainer that Hillary will also run. Personally I think that she would crystalize opposition to her. I'm hoping the Republicans run Jeb Bush.

I'd be glad if Condi Rice ran and won.
