Activation problem

I thought I would try once again to find someone who can help me with my activation problem. I sent the following e-mail to [email protected] on June/27/05 to which I haven't received a reply. I understand that GalCiv II is under a early beta, but I would think that I should have recieved a reply by now. I would be very happy any help I can get. Thanks, Glen



My name Glen Robinson e-mail [email protected]. Windows home XP, service pack II, cable internet connection. Running an Athlon 64 with 1Gig of memory. I signed up with the TotalGaming Network.

I have re-installed the GalCiv II beta three time. Re-installed Stardock Centre once. I have confirmed my serial number and e-mail address and still get the Error Activating Problem.

Can you help solve this problem?

Sorry, I thought we had sorted these.

What version of Stardock Central? Help / About.

Tools / Settings / General / Installation / enable Log activation errors to file.

Restart SDC. Attempt to update/activate. Check for an activate.log in the

GalCiv2 dir and please send that to [email protected].

Upon further inspection, you had 2 account records under that email. I expect you'll find things are sorted when you try next. If not, see the above, please.
