This just keeps getting better - NOT!

OK - first I can't get the GC2 icon under the games tab when logged onto the latest version of stardock. Today, I'm prompted to upgrade to a yet newer version of Stardock (which I do) and now cannot even log onto stardock. WOW! Fifty dollars well-spent. If this is the future of download gaming, please point me to the nearest Gamestop.

I suggest re-downloading and re-installing stardock central. Also... As I'm not a SD employee, I can't answer about GC2 without more info. Did you preorder it? Are you an active TG.net subecriber? Basically... Why should you be able to see it?

I imagine Totalgaming.net is going to be a little iffy for the next week while they implement Phase Two across the board. I imagine there is going to be at least one more build of SDC released as well during the process...

Just be patient for a few days and everything will be back to normal again. I've been a customer for a couple of years now and I've always thought Stardock had good customer support.
Try sending them an email or finding them on IRC directly, then you can get the story and likely a solution straight from the horses mouth rather than the subscribers.

One other thing, I remember Stardock saying something about closing the Beta 2 to those who hadn't pre-ordered by a certain date... (Or something along those lines) Did you buy a totalgaming sub or Galciv 2 directly?

Hi Humane,

We'll need more information before we can help you out. If you've already updated to the latest version of Stardock Central, please email your login.txt file to me: [email protected]

Humane, I tested your account in Stardock Central and it appears to be working properly as I was able to view and install GalCiv II.  Being that GalCiv II is a beta it does not show by default.  In order to see beta's (Pre-Releases). To make sure you can see the beta go to the "View" menu in Stardock Central and turn on the option to "View Pre-Release (Beta) Versions".

If that is not the problem then please look in the folder where Stardock Central is installed and email the login.txt file to either myself ([email protected]) or to Yarlen.
