Windows Cannot Open the File

Hi! I really need sone help. I saw my officemate's computer and was impressed with what he did to it, he recommended that he downloaded everything from stardock.com so I did check out the site because I really want to enhance my laptop. So now Ive already downloaded Stardock central and has downloaded several stuff like the Devtray and Azar but everytime I would try to open the thing, it says that windows cannot open the files that Ive downloaded..Im really desperate.. I want it to work so please let me know how it works.. my email is [email protected]. I will be waiting for response.. please help me make things work...Im desperate! Thanks!

Since you didn't specifically state this in your posting I have to ask: Did you install the applications which are required to display the files you downloaded? Devtray requires that DesktopX be installed, Azar brought up several different applications that it skins. I don't mean to ask a stupid question, just checking.
