Still Getting Failed to Validate

from WinCustomize Forums

I unistalled all files SDcentral and all Object Desktop programs.
Reinstalled sdcentral but when I try to download other files I get
below message. It can't download any Object Desktop programs.

Error: Failed to validate your subscription or product information.
Result: Installation failed (9)

It's getting really annoying that my posts are being removed. I am just trying to report a problem with so it can be fixed.

Hi John,

You should email [email protected] for more help with this. I checked your records and you don't appear to have a Stardock.net account associated with your purchases, which might be the problem.

I fixed the problem...When I first signed up at win.com I used my gmail.com email address. When I purchased the products I used my charter.net account.

Everything was okay until stardock changed some software and it won't pickup my 2 email address. I just signed up at win.com with the same email address i used to purchase and everything is okay now.

Thanks for your help...when you said you check my account and didn't see me I figured something was up and I took a chance and signed up for another win.com user account and it working...I can now download from Stardock again.
