what programs are needed to open downloaded files?

I recently downloaded some files from WinCustomize.com , unfortunantly I do not have the program that is needed to open the files , and I do not know what program is needed! I would appreciate any help you can give me in that regard. Thank you!

Can help better if we know exactly what type of files you downloaded.

Basically, at the top of each library you will find a link to the software needed to use the files at WinCustomize.

If you download a WindowBlinds skin, you'll need the WindowBlinds program. DesktopX..... needs the DesktopX program. etc., etc....... it's not exactly rocket science.
