You're probably looking at the Rainlendar or Sysmetrix.
Get all the Copperdeck skins here: http://pixtudio.wincustomize.com/gallery.aspx?SID=5403&view=1&sortby=8&sortdir=desc&p=1&advanced=0&searchtxt=copperdeckii&UID=552
You'll need to download the actual programs to apply the skins. Just go to the Sysmetrix and Rainlendar sections of this site, and there are links at the top of the pages.

? i have opend the skin but the stil not is there .

You need to install the Sysmetrix and Rainlendar programs, then apply the skins.
