Default Icon and Default Document

Why these two icons won't change?

Hi. Whatever icon pack I load in IconPackager, there two icons that never change: Default Icon and Default Document. It's a common problem?

From my experience the majority of icon packages I have downloaded do not include “custom” icons for those two files. If you want to find out if you are actually experiencing a “problem” with your application, try downloading “Color Glass Folders.ip” The artist created custom icons for both of those icons.
