Paid for Icon Packager reinstalled-won't let me open the trial version to log in

I uninstalled Icon Packager to troubleshoot some problems. Then reinstalled from already downloaded file. Error message states my trial period has expired, but I have paid for it. Won't let me in to log in or re-register. What do I do?

Go here https://www.stardock.com/support.asp and enter the email address you used when you registered IP. You'll be sent a link to the full version, which is different than the trial.
