LogonStudio XP

An error concerning saving a new logon theme.

When finishing making a theme in the Logonstudio for WindowsXP, You click save.

When I click save, the programs all crash with the error...

Run-Time error '53':

File Not Found: JPGUtils.dll


Is there a way to fix this?

Hi there cctxfrostbyte...
This actually is a common issue and easily fixed...
If your running Nortons go into your quarantine file and restore jpgutils.dll and make sure to add it to the exclusion list in nortons..

If it is not there, add it to your exclusion list still..and reinstall Logon studio..that should fix it..

UMM, if your using other AVS do the same thing...

I don't think any other AV identifies JPGUtils.dll as a virus. Norton has been imformed by many people that this is not a threat, but they're too lazy to fix it.
