EXTREME help Needed!

I really need help. I Downloaded and installed logonstudio, and have downloaded the logon called CIA . I don't know what to do now. I have no clue. Can somebody please shed the light!!?

Open Logon Studio, select your Logon and click "Apply"

If you aren't seeing your logon in Logon Studio, right-click on your downloaded logon, select "open with" and browse to Logon Studio.

(I'm not sure a Logon screen qualifies as an "Extreme" help situation )

You can also just left click on it and it will install...at least it does for me.
