One note bashing is the feces that is produced when shame eats too much stupidity (a cookie for whoever tells me what that is a quote from).

Millions of people think the ban on Federal funding of Stem Cell research is a BIG deal. For one, Nancy Reagan. Again when you can not refute my argument you ignore it. The point that these cells exist and will be destroyed is the issue. Why not use them to help people rathetr than just allow the existing cells to be destroyed? Yes research is going on without Federal money but much more would take place with access to Federal money. We can spend $300 BILLION in Iraq and nothing to save people from suffering. That must be the Christian thing to do.

One more time...THERE IS NO BAN ON STEM CELL RESEARCH!

I refuse to reply on his threads, though...why feed the trolls? We ALL need to quit arguing with him and let him fade into the obscurity he so richly deserves.

Thanks for taking the smart approach. Now if a few others would do the same, you and I might both see our wishes come true...

I'd be happy to argue with you about it on my thread, Gene, where I can say whatever I want...

Feel free to say what you want here also... I'm not about to censor you for it

Thanks for trying to point that out again Dr., too bad the troll got confused and had to argue about money in Iraq and Christianity and such....

The Ban is in Federal Funding of Stem Cell research and the fact that Bush is imposing his religious conventions on everyone else. He has every right to his own convictions he has no right to impose those convictions on the country by banning the use of federal dollars in stem cell research. I for one approve of federal dollars to be used to fund stem cell research. This argument about the sanctity of life does not hold water in this case. The proposal, as I understand it, is to use existing embryos that are the result of in vitro fertilization process which will be destroyed and will never become human life. Therefore according to Bush it is better to destroy these existing cells then to use these existing cells to help relieve suffering. I'm sick and tired of the religious right telling me what is correct and then making laws to enforce their beliefs.

Hey *col* get a grip will ya? There are ALREADY 60 different stem cell lines available for reasearch. And the US is pouring "millions" of dollars behind them for research! THERE IS NO BAN ON FEDERAL FUNDING OF RESEARCH!
Many researchers have said many of those old lines are not useable. That is not the issue. It is Bush pushing his beliefs on everyone. He has no right to do that! Many members of the GOP do not agree with what he is trying to do.

I'm sorry that you have such difficulty in accepting the fact that majority still rules in this country. If you cant get over that, all i can suggest is that you join the majority or stick your head in the oven.

The oven isn't where his head is.

Damn, I wish I could give you a rating higher than Insightful for that comment.

Dead on though.

You know it's really hard to write about more than one idea with only two brains cells, one of which is busy with breathing.

The majority do not agree with MOST of the Bush agenda. They may have reelected him but they do not want he is selling!

The majority do not agree with ______

The correct answer is Gene.

Keep bringing it on troll. I'd break my "no blacklist" rule for you, but it's not worth the time and trouble, and you don't seem to eat that much (as trolls go) so I guess you can stay around (though if you keep spreading the b.s. too much, I may have to send you a bill for the clean-up).

That is your opinion as usual.

{{{{Dharma, start strumming}}}}

On a long and lonesome blogsite
Known simply as Bush Truth
You can listen to the Colonel
Moanin' out as one note song
You can think about the Bush Bash
On the one you read the night before.

But your thoughts will soon be wandering
The way they always do
When you're riding sixteen articles
And there's nothing much that's true
And you don't feel much like reading
You just wish the rant was through.

Here I am, on the JU again
There I am, up on the rage
Here I go, playing stooge again
There I go, turn the page.

Well, you click into a forum site
Strung out from the read
And you feel the lies upon you
As you're shaking off the mold
You pretend it doesn't bother you
But you just want to explode.

Most times you can't see 'em come
Other times you can
Oh, the same old clichés
Is that boring or just bland
And you always seem outraged
You don't care 'bout his stand

Out there in his blogsite
he's a million miles away
Every ounce of perjury
He'll try to give away
As the smut pulls out his body
Like the lies he likes to say

Later in the evening
As you surf JU again
With the echoes from the stupidity
Ringing in your head
You smoke the day's last flame at him
Rememb'rin' what he said.

Here I am, on the Bush Truth
There I am, dying of old age
Here I go, playing stooge again
There I go, there I go

PLEASE JUST TURN THE STUPID PAGE!!! ;~D
