I come before you today to profess a deep and profound shame. I am becoming a Macophile.
*Gasps. Large woman faints*
This is a culmination of events. I am surrounded by the plastic denisons of usability at school. Osmosis is apparently to blame for part of the conversion. Also, I bought a G1 iPod 5Gb off of my Macky freind. This must have been part of some insidious plot to seal my moral and computational downfall. I love the fact that when I plug in my iPod, I can--with a push of a single button--sync all of my music. I love being able to search through my music using the XML library--I also love XML.
This is only the musical facet of the Apple paradigm. I am not ready to make the leap yet. I have too much affection for my time-tested Compaq laptop running an extensively modified version of XP Home. I suppose that I am yet doomed to ride the proverbial fence...
