Error during subscription purchase

I finally broke down and bought a WinCustomize subscription. An error occurred after entering billing information, though. Is there anyone available tonight to sort this out - so that I know whether it went through, or if I need to do it again?

I wouldn't do it again until  you spoke with mailto:[email protected] 

You might check your email and see if any confirmation message has been sent.

I don't think anyone is available with access to the kind of information that can help you during off hours. 

Welcome aboard though, I am sure you will think it's worth the wait.

Okay. It said something to the effect of "the next pag you will see will have [important information]", but all the screen showed was a thank you and an error message.

Hey tri1ogy,

From what I can see your order did not go through. Looks like the system did not like an empty shipping country field.  I fixed that. Give it another try.
