A couple of questions before submitting a blind..

Ok..have a couple of blinds nearly ready for submission and I have a very important question...I have used picture tubes to make some of my textures. Is this allowed? They come from sites that give free access and say whoever used them have free reign to use as they will...Do I need to include something from those sites with my submission? Question two..how do I upload my file...as a wba , or something else?

Anything you may 'use' or include needs to be free for public use/distribution, not simply 'free for private use', as the latter means it is supposed to remain on your machine, not be site-hosted for distribution to a third party.

WBs are fine as 'wba' format....and the preview as full-size jpg .... both alpha-numeric names only...
