LOGON STUDIO HELP!!!

Ok. last night I was working in logon studio or whatever its called, and i made a skin, and i hit apply. 45 min. later, it wasnt done, and my mom turned it off....,So i restarted it, and instead of getting my default blue welcome screen, i get a black screen with a windows xp box that asks me for my username. i enter it and hit ok. it goes to my profile. so i check the control panel, and it is still set to boot the welcome screen, and my MSGINA.dll is working fine. then i go to log of, it freezes. i go to restart, and i get the messagge that says:

LogonUI has encountered a problem and needs to close? HOW DO I FIX MY BOOT SCREEN PROBLEM?

Sounds like you have an error in logon you created, but when hit apply it should have told you that. When hit apply
should only take seconds for logon to display. Do you get any error message about a line error or something related
to the logon. Change to another logon, one that came loaded with logonstudio or one you know works and see if it works ok with good logon.
Without a error message one thing I can think of, are your images bitmaps, they must be in this format.

Are you working in Logon Studio. LogonUI is not Logon Studio, so there may be a whole different set of issues. The bmps shouldn't be an issue in Login Studio, and generally if the are, they will just generate an error message and you can hit the enter key until it exits the logon and returns to the desktop. I apply all my logons with Logon Studio and haven't used any other logon programs, so I can't say about those. You need to find out which program it is.
