HELP , cant change taskbar !

Please help , someone ! I cant change taskbar with WindowBlinds , what is problem with my WindowBlinds 4.51 , I can change window meny but I can't change meny and taskbar ? After I change visual style with WB 4.51 my taskbar look like in Windows 2000. So what is problem ... ?

Answer please !
