Scroll Bar Help!

Okay, so I've got Windows Customize and all the programs.

But when I download a skin, the scroll bars don't change with the skin.

Can someone help me on this?

shareware version? it doesn't skin everything.

If you have the register version = make sure you register it through SDC.
