NetMeeting and WindowFX

Hey, does anyone know why WindowFX has to be closed before I can run Microsoft NetMeeting? If I don't, my display freezes up and and pretty much have to reboot.

Quite annoying!

I tried excluding netmeeting and that didn't help.
