Stardock MCP missing?

When I try to load some desk top themes (Digital revenge, among others), I get the error message "Stardock MCP not found or wrong version. Systrat support disabled." The theme loads, but I think that they're not fully operational, since I am unable to sutomise various buttons, icons, etc. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling DesktopX, but it hasn't helped.
