DesktopX and IconX

difference?

is there a difference between DesktopX and IconX? I saw the videos that show DesktpX in action and i see that you can creat your own icons and much more but for IconX all i see is creation of Icons. so is there any thing on IconX that i would not get if i download DesktopX?

DesktopX 'icons' are objects that can be stationary, animated (they can be always animated, or on mouse over, etc or you can have them move around with scripts), zoomers, - you create them and set the path for them.

IconX is a separate program - it only affects your desktop icons (as far as I know)

DesktopX is for creating an entire new desktop look and feel.

IconX overlays your existing desktop icons. You can change the size, pict, zoom, font, etc.

The part about replacing is basically - you hide your desktop icons and use DesktopX objects - compliment icons - add object to desktop in conjunction with desktop icons.
