Disable Hotspot in ObjectDock

Is there a possibility to disable Hotspot Activation in ObjectDock? I would like to use Winplosion which also uses the hotspot feature. When both apps are loaded it lasts very long to load the winplosion effect, on contrast when object dock is not loaded there is no delay.

Can anybody help me? Thank you in Advance!

Open up your dock...right click on it and choose -> dock settings -> then Hotspots -> click on the blue window -> then in the dropdown choose "do nothing to this tabbed dock."
