Cannot Configure Objects!

I lost the ability to configure objects. When I "Right" click on them the only options I get are "Set Target" and "Remove".

You need to be running DesktopX in "builder" mode. Right-click on the DX icon in your system tray, select "DesktopX Welcome", then select "Create" ...
