some feedback on my first dx mod/theme/skin thing

here's my first attempt at a DesktopX theme. made specifically for my 1280x800 widescreen vaio. primarily going to be made to help access my 250 gigs of anime (which the reason for the startmenu look thing on the right). taskbar still comes up on top, with all the functional start menu crapola.. any feedback would be appreciated.. making this while deployed in iraq, so bare with me.. alright then.. thanks again!
