i whant start design cursors
and i have a question how u make "ani" file
and i stay the quality of png file

the red spot have opacity like png and it ani file

That's not possible. "ani" files are limited to a 256 colors, with a single color transparency. PNG files are full color with alpha transparency. If you want to create high quality cursors, you'll need to stick with CursorXP.

For animation you make a png that has multiple images of cursor drawn on it. Make each cursor slightly different to
create animation. So as example you will have 30 x 300 png with 10 cursors on it. In Scheme.ini put in number of frames, interval which is animation rate. To best understand go to cursorxp folder rename any animated cursor to .zip extract, rename back to .cursorxptheme, open folder
created when extracted to see images and .ini.
