winblind and theme wont start

as topic, when i log into winxp pro sp2 i dont get my skin but the windows classic .... can someone tell me how to get my skin to start up when i login? thx

first of all you must install window classic. then reinstall windowblinds and when the installation end, a message will appear if you want to restart your computer. YOU MUST RESTART IT
