I need help from whoever runs Wincustomize

I am a current customer who has purchased Windowblinds 4.xx and I am running into a roadblock where it is not letting me download files anymore. Is there something wrong with my account? My user level is 4 and I should have unlimited file downloading right? EDIT - I tried it again and it keeps saying I hit a 50mb download limit yet , I am a current customer. I know Level 3s only get 500mb but I am a level 4

Have you cross-referenced your account? If you haven't then click on the *my account* tab.  You will find a link there.

Not sure what the problem is, then.  Sorry.  You might try again, making sure to use the same email address as the product is registered under.

I am sure someone will be along shortly that has more information than I do.

Tried it , still doesnt work. This is what it says

same problem for me. my email accounts match on obj.desk. subscription and wincustomize.com account.

The best thing to do is email support.  Include the date you bought the product and the email address you were using at that time.

I believe the term 'current customer' has a time limit of one year, but I could be wrong.

There is an admin who takes care of such problems. His name is T-man and his email is [email protected]

I had a very similar problem, but I cleared my cache, and deleted my cookies. After that no problems. I don't know if it will work for you but its a quick and easy. Try it out.

That usually works Hazylunarrain . Clearing the cache, deleting the cookies and clearing the temp files.

Happening for me too. Same email for WinCustomize as my Object Desktop subscription, but they seem to have become unlinked.

Hi guys , and thanks for your suggestions , but unfortunently , this isnt working still , and I am still waiting for a fix

But I am confident that the guys that run this place will get it fixed and well be back to normal in no time

The problem has been corrected. Let us know if there are still any problems with the UserLevel not behaving properly.
