ARE JUDGES REALLY ABOVE THE LAW?

Are Your Basic Liberty Rights Protected Under The Constitution In Family Law Court ?

PRINCE ALBERT WEBBER IV IS PUT BACK IN HIS CAN

Macon County Family Court Judge Albert G. Webber has finally been removed from a highly contested case in which two minor children were allegedly sold to non parents. On April 14, 2005, Amy Joan Schneider removed her case from Judge Webber’s Decatur Illinois Court and filed her Notice and Complaint at the Federal District Courthouse in Peoria Illinois.

Schneider, a 38 year old Normal Illinois mother of five, has previously filed complaints against Webber claiming racial bias and violations of her parental due process rights under the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Judge Webber is openly duplicitous and has completely ignored his sworn judicial obligations under Illinois Statute, Schneider said.

On April 7, 2005, David Martin Price of the General Security Services Corporation of Topeka, Kansas personally served Judge Webber, and two other circuit court judges, with a summons and complaint. Mr. Price also personally served several lawyers on that same day. “Prince Albert got put back in his can because he is not above the law,” said Mr. Price.

Court records show on April 21, 2005, Webber issued an order granting a “sanctions” judgment against Amy Joan Schneider in an amount exceeding $45,000. “Just reading this last order tells me that Judge Webber has possibly ‘flipped out,’” says Attorney Thurman R. 7825921 of the On-Line Legal Rescue Team and Court Reform Advocacy Committee. “Looking toward a federal court proceeding, three things in Judge Webber’s orders really jump out at me,” said Thurman.

1) After Notice of Removal Judge Webber’s April 19, 2005 evidentiary hearing and April 21, 2005, order were barred, by the explicit language of 28 U.S.C.A. § 1446(e);
2) Illinois guardianship[s] are temporary, and may be challenged at virtually any time; “relitigation” of a continuing issue is not possible, plus record fails to show the trial Court’s response to the natural Parent’s Petition for Guardianship of her children; and,
3) The March 30, 2004, Illinois Fourth District Appellate Court Opinion precisely did not exclude the mother as guardian or direct the trial court to appoint “Karen Coates (Amy's sister) as successor guardian.”

I thank God for the loving support of my friends and family, I will continue to fight, says Schneider. I will prove my constitutional complaint in Federal Court, Schneider proclaims.

Always glad to hear about judges being reminded that they work for We, the People, not their own inflated egos.

Thanks for the update.  The best of luck to her.  Family law is in dire need of some reformation!

This case shows how devastating a crooked judge can be to a mother and her family. I love this woman for her spirit and resolve to fight the all-powerful His Majesty Crowned Prince Albert G. Webber. My co-workers and I have been closely following this story on the BLOGS.

Prince Albert will not let this mother have access to court while his slimy lawyer buddies raid the children's trust fund for over $250,000. Amy Joan Schneider's very creepy sister stole two of her children for money. Of course the sister and her lawyers had Prince Albert's help. I don't know how she did it, but I am glad that she has gotten away from that child selling racist jerk--finally Prince Albert G. Webber is back in his can, but he belongs in jail.

I am wondering how Amy Joan got her case moved after all this time and money. I guess Webber and his cronies underestimated a mother's love for her children. And I know we are all slow here, but we don't understand how Crowned Prince Webber put a $45K judgment against Amy Joan with the case moved? Sometime I would like to meet or talk with Amy Joan Schneider. Go get 'em Amy Joan!! We are pulling for you.

The sad thing is, these judges DO have oversight officials, those officials just drop the ball. We may not always be able to do something about the judges, but the oversight officials are elected. We need to remind them of who they work for once in awhile.

This is what I try to tell people.
Its not, I reapeat, NOT easy, be even when the place you go to doesn't do the job right, you have to make it known that they are not doing the job right.

Even now I have a human right cased that the basic ways of handling the case was not done. After doing a little searching, I found this out. The way the whole case was handled was fishy. Then I finf out another person from the same company case was dismissed and it too was not handled properly.

Who is the oversight for the oversight? This time it is the EEOC.
Then its the ACLU (even thought I don't like them that much) and the independant news media.

All this is work and it takes time. So far I am in year 1 of the case. It hasn't even gon to court yet.

This is so cool.. She is fighting these assholes. They took her kids for no reason if you look at Matt Hurley's Blog. That judge is flipped out, and I hope he will go down. My sister was in jail for four years and got her kids back. Of course there was no one spending two hundrend thousand dollars on crook judges and lawyers in my sister's case.

The interesting question here is the reason that the kids were not with their Mom in the first place. There has to be two sides to this story. We are all up in arms about an apparent misjustice and I am tempted to start fund raising to help Mom fight to get her kids back. I think there is an argument that IL courts are flat ignoring US Supreme Court rulings that are controlling law here. Where is the parent advocacy groups that could step in and take on the fight for Amy? There are highly competent orgs out there to help Mom fight this. I guess I am questioning the simplicity of the facts given the lack of advocacy for Amy. If all the facts are as presented, let's start the fund raiser.

A study of child custody cases shows that advocacy is decidedly lacking when the state comes to remove children. Parents aren't given the benefit of legal representation because it's a "civil" matter.

There is a new sheriff in town! Talk at the Decatur Illinois Courthouse has Prince Albert Webber OUT ON HIS ASS!!!!! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! ... Yea, a good friend that works at the courthouse says that they are bringing in some Judge from Charleston Illinois for the Schneider case. They told me that royal asshole, his highness Albert Webber, is out of this woman's case!!

I think he got more than he bargained for when he took this particular woman's kids. I would be so glad to see him go down, and I hope they investagate him. Besides, it just couldn't happen to a nicer guy......

Hmmm, how exactly does that work... A "civil matter" between a government officer and a citizen....

Just another lie from bureaucrats, lawyers and judges who use their education and position to piss on the Constitution.

I say, PISS ON THEM!!

I say, PISS ON THEM!!

That would be a criminal matter so you'd get representation.

If you look at the history of this very sad drama, you can see that it is MONEY and a judge for sale. If the judge is gone then that is a good thing for Amy Schneider and the court system.

And I agree with ParaTed2k that it is very clear that this crook judge has used his office to piss on the Constitution. We all lose when that happens.

It is not only children that are bartered in probate court. Adult disabled wards are also. I lost my mother in Macon County and it is all about money. I am still fighting.

My mother was, as a ward of the state of Illinois enrolled in hospice illegally without due process. (She needed to die to conserve the estate and avoid lost funds coming to light.) I am still fighting the state of Illinois and Macon County. Judge Diamond received a certified letter with receipt begging for a second opinion from her funds. It didn't happen. Mother went from walking, talking, eating and going to the bathroom by herself to having lost 20# and all abilities in five weeks with no intervening treatment. Why would I want a second opinion?

Judge Webber tells me that although Mom clearly left household goods to me; my toys may not be mine. (I realize I'm old and they're probably antiques but this is ridiculous.)

I have quite an unbelievable story. If it is this easy to abuse the disabled and elderly, (my mom and early stage dementia and Dad had a lifelong mental health disability.), residents of Macon County are up for grabs.

Also, beware of trusting a Bank & Trust as financial guardian. My experience proves that it was a bad move!

Believe me, I have been coping for over 3 years with your state regarding the abuse of my mother, a ward of your state. The estate is based in Macon County and I am trapped. It is an extremely corrupt system and the state is likewise corrupt, but I continue to fight.

Gosh, I am really sorry to see another person tied up with these crooks in Macon County Illinois. Judge Albert Webber is the worst of the worst and he routinely ruins lives with hateful bigotry and favoritism. The 3 year struggle that you describe with your Mother is common and I want you to know that you are not alone. I would encourage you to identify yourself and how you could contacted. You may want to contact Amy J. Schneider or Laurey Sam as they are in the same unfortunate situation with Judge Albert Webber and his kangaroo court.

WOW, this Albert Webber guy is a creep. This is like a movie or something. I guess the Supreme Court knows what he is doing, Illinois Sucks!!

It's the same two Macon County Illinois judges on all three of these cases. A. G. Webber and Scott Diamond are corrupt and for sale to the highest bidder, it's simple as that. All three of these cases involve people who do not live in Macon County (Decatur) Illinois but are really being screwed over. Can anyone see a pattern here$?$?$$
