Over the years StarDock has gotten much better aboutdocumentation (especially DesktopX) but it still seems to be a weak spot.
For the record, I am amazed at how intuitive ThinkSync, Multiplicity, and KeepSafe are. SecureProcess . .. well . . the UI on that is in flux and I won't comment yet.
I saw a Multiplicity post about using Control-Alt_delete/Backspace that should have been pretty easy to document in a help file.
Knowing how to use the tools is as important as how well the tools work.
