Window blinds won't load on the second user

I just bought object desktop 2005 and installed. everything works fine exept the second user on the computer can't use window blinds for some reason. It gives me an erro message and it closes down.
I had an older version of window blinds before and it worked fine on both user. I uninstalled that before I installed the new so I don't know waht the problem is. I really don't want to unistalled object desktop and install it again I have a lot of skins and I don't want to loose them.
Please Help
