DJ IAN T,

You will need the software programs to apply any of the skins from this site.

You can go to the "Software" tab at the top of page and download the programs (some are freeware, some are shareware, and some you must purchase to get the full program). In some cases, going to the library for that program's skins, you will see a link to the website - near the top of library page.

WindowBlinds = Skins the Explorer shell, Taskbar, Start Menu.

IconPackager = Skins the System icons and File type icons.

Cursor XP = Skins the System cursors.

DesktopX = Supports objects (widgets) on desktop.

LogonStudio = Skins the XP Welcome screen.

After installing the software (for suites you will also need the Theme Manager program, which is basically a component coordinator - it reads the ".suite" file, extracts the components, and invokes the programs which apply the pieces of the theme).

Look inside the ".zip" file, if you see a Theme Manager suite file (".suite") - move or copy that file to "C:\Program Files\Stardock\ThemeManager\Themes" folder (where "C" is the letter drive).

If you see a Preview image, and a ".ini" file - the download process changed the ".suite" file extension to a ".zip" extension in an effort to protect the machine from unknown contents. If this is the case, open "My Computer" > go to "Tools > Folder Options > View tab" and deselect "Hide extensions for known file types", then click "OK". Right-click the downloaded ".zip" file > select "Rename" > change the ".zip" extension to ".suite" (make sure to change the extension only, and not the name) > double-click the file, or move the file to "C:\Program Files\Stardock\ThemeManager\Themes".

If you moved the file - start Theme Manager > select the suite from the list > click "Apply".

I hope this helps.
