Stardock central takes ages to archive

It seems I will have to reformat my drive, so I'm in a hurry! Haha.

Hello everyone.
I'd like to know what's going on, because when I try to archive my precious Stardock-Object Desktop apps and skins, the process seems to hang. I see no progress at all on the bar, and I have to cancel the thing. This happens either when I choose "Archive selected application" or when I choose "Archive entire Application including Skins." Any help?

Depending on what system setup you have, it might take a while for applications to archive, especially if you have a lot of skins, or if the application in question is a large one. What archiving literally does is copy all of the files and zip them, so if you have a slow processor or not enough memory, that might be the cause of the hangs you experience.

Also, one of your files might be corrupt, and the archiver can't read the file and freezes because of that... try archiving a different program; if it works, then corruption might be your problem.
