WindowBlinds Close, Minimize, Maximize Buttons

Hi guys.
This is getting rather aggrivating. I just got two skins recently thet I absolutely love (6070 and Inspirat). However, the close, mimize, etc. buttons are blacked out for some odd reason. I can tell what they are supposed to look like but they are just so out of place its aggrivating. I am currently using windowblinds 4.4, so i'm not sure if its a compatibility thing because wb 4.5 just came out recently. I am also running Windows 2000, where I suspect the problem lies. I am guessing the close buttons and such are png's, and the black part is where it is supposed to be transparent or something? THanks for your help. Here's a picture.
(oh, btw, the icons look messed up beacause, again, I'm running Win2k. Hopefully XP is in the near future).
