newbie needs help with windows blinds and icons

hi there!!
i downloaded the windowblind and realised how fantastic this software is! now this is my problem! i loaded every theme from this web and none from them loads any icons!!
only toolbar and IE images...the icones for My documents , recycle bin etc. dosn't work..
please i want to know how can i fix this!

Then you will need to download Icon Packages from the Icon Packager library.
