Problems with LogonStudio
Help Needed
from
WinCustomize Forums
First I'd like to apologize if I've posted this in the wrong forum. I wasn't quite sure where it belonged.
;
I've had LogonStudio for a few months now, and I've never experienced any problems. Recently I downloaded a logon and tried to open it with LS. LS opened but the logon was not listed. I tried several different things, none which were successful. A friend suggested I uninstall and then reinstall it. So I did this only to find that all the logons, which had previously worked, no longer showed up on the list. This frustrated me to no end, and again, I tried fooling around with LS seeing if I could get it to work. Again it did not.
;
One way I found to add new logons is through the WinCustomize browser. I have to download one from the Library (of which there is a limited selection) and then hit the install button. I'd like to get LS back to the way it worked originally which is:
1) I'd download a logon from WinCustomize (or whereever)
2) Unzip it, and then open the logon file with LS
3) LS would open and then the new logon could be found in the list
I'm sure there's some simple solution but hell if I can find it. Any suggestions welcome.
