i dont know how to use the logons things i havce downloaded..please help me..how do i use them???

Click on the Software tab at the top of the page. Download logonstudio, read the documentation, and your good to go.

Go to the Logon Studio web site like Night Train suggests. Open the program up and click on the LOAD button

Whenever i try to use the LogonStudio app. to change logon screen I keep getting the following message "Run-Time error '53'File not found". How do I rectify this issue. Oh I'm running Win2k Pro

Anti-virus software is usually to blame for the missing file "jpgutils.dll" Simply either go into your quarantine file of your AV program and restore the file, or re-install Logonstudio and *exclude jpgutils.dll from future scans.
